RULES & GENERAL GUIDELINES
FOR
GOLF HAMMOCK LADIES ASSOCIATION
1.
Weekly event sign-up forms will be posted for the following play days. Sign-up
sheet removed after noon Friday for following Wednesday. Sign-up sheet removed
after noon Wednesday for following Monday.

The pairings and tee times will be posted on the bulletin board in the locker
room and pro shop by Sunday for Wednesday play and by Friday for Monday play.
3.
To cancel play or to add names to the list of alternates, please notify the
Tournament Committee as soon as possible.
4.
Members shall playas paired.
5.
Members should be at the Clubhouse and check in with the Chairman 30 minutes
prior to assigned tee time.
6.
Anyone canceling after pairings are made will be charged the entry fee.
7.
Each Monday and Wednesday entry fee will be paid to one person in the foursome
before tee time. Wednesday monies will be given to the chairman when play is
completed. Monday monies will be given to the pro shop by one person per group.
8.
For Wednesday two score cards (Event and Ringer) should be completed, compared,
signed, dated and attested for eligibility. Certain scrambles and other games
as designated by the Chairman will not require a Ringer card. Score cards
should be given to the Chairman. All scores shall be adjusted and posted after
play.

Golfers should leave the greens immediately after putting and record scores at
the next tee.

All scheduled golfing events are subject to change or cancellation. In the
event of inclement weather it is each players responsibility to check with the
chairperson or pros hop to determine if the event has been delayed or
cancelled.
11.
If a player fails to post her adjusted score or pay her entry fee the day of
the tournament and she is a winner that day, she shall forfeit her prize.
12.
Any member having a hole-in-one is responsible to record and have attested her
name, the date, and the hole number on the Hole-In-One list in the lounge before
she will be eligible to receive the money and have her name engraved on the
plaque.
The USGA® Equitable Stroke Control
The
USGA® EQUITABLE STROKE CONTROL became effective on January 1, 1993. A score for
any hole must be reduced according to the players HOME COURSE HANDICAP (course
being played) as follows:
